Many women who want to look fresher and younger than their age pay great attention to their face. At the same time, if you leave these wonderful and attractive details of the female body without proper attention, they forget that the condition of the skin of the neck and décolleté will reveal your age much earlier than the face. Therefore, it is very important to start monitoring at the same time as your facial. If a woman who cares for her face does not forget the neck and décolleté, the process of her wilting will be postponed.
Rejuvenation of the neck after 40 years
How do you keep your neck beautiful in adulthood? If you think it's expensive then it doesn't at all.
The usual products and products that every housewife has in the kitchen are suitable for preventing skin aging. Applied correctly, we can use it to carry out the necessary anti-aging procedures: cleansing, mask or wrap.
Neck Rejuvenation - Procedure
The first and important procedure is peeling. It is suitable for rejuvenating the skin of the face and neck. This action removes dead cells from the top layer of the skin.
You can easily peel it at home.
Surely you have salt, soda, oatmeal flour (you can make it yourself by chopping oatmeal in a blender), and kefir.
Take a large spoon of ingredients and mix everything together. For dry skin, you can add unrefined vegetable oil. Using a soft bristle brush, massage in the face, neck and décolleté using gentle circular movements for 2-3 minutes. Then wash off the mixture and apply a nourishing cream.
Neck rejuvenation at home can be done with a chemical peel.
Rub the neck and décolleté with half a lemon until a slight reddening appears. Do not leave lemon juice on the skin for more than 15 minutes, then rinse off and grease the polished areas with a nourishing fat cream.
Use a blender to make the mixture with all of the berries near you. It is better to choose berries that have a lot of acid, because it dissolves the keratinized cells of the upper layer of the skin well. Apply the pulp to the areas to be treated and do your housework. After 20 minutes, wash off the berry mass and apply one of the masks indicated in the next chapter to the already treated skin.
If you have sores on your skin, irritation, or allergies to any of the ingredients in the home scrub, you will not be able to perform the procedure.
After cleaning, when the pores of the skin have opened and it breathes, you need to "feed" it. This is done with self-made masks. It can't hurt to lie down and relax to pleasantly quiet music.
Home masks
- Dilute 30 g of fresh yeast (can be replaced with 1 desiccant bag) in 60 ml of water, add half a small spoon of olive oil. Mix everything and let stand for 5 minutes. Apply the mask in 4 layers: apply each next layer on top of the dried previous coating.
- Pour 25 g of oat flakes with 120 ml of hot water and allow to cool until they are warm. Apply to the skin and cover with parchment. Insulate the mask from above with a towel.
- Mix honey with flax flour in equal proportions, pour slightly warmed water, add olive oil.
- Egg, 50 g of cottage cheese, 10 ml of aloe juice, 50 g of sour cream.
Spread honey on the neck and décolleté and hold until it is slightly red (up to 10 minutes), then rinse. After such a mask, you will not get tired of admiring the refreshed and transformed skin.
Neck wrap
If you want your neck to be smooth, it can't hurt to do this process twice a week (every other day, if possible).
Heat linseed oil (or olive oil) to 40 degrees and apply to the problem areas with a brush, cover with a cloth and fix in a way that is convenient for you. Leave this type of compress on until the morning. At night, all of the oil is absorbed into the skin and nothing needs to be washed off.
5 g glycerin, the same amount of olive oil and a few boiled potatoes. Mash the potatoes with butter and glycerin. Tighten the neckline and neck, cover with a napkin and let rest for half an hour. Then wash it off.
Laser neck rejuvenation
The peeling method for cleaning the skin is carried out in three stages. First, a special agent is applied to the skin, which supplies the skin with nutrients and prepares it for the subsequent laser exposure.
In the next step, the beautician directs a laser beam onto the problem area of the skin.
The length of the bar and the time of its action depends on the problem and the condition of the epidermis and is determined by the doctor. The method of pain relief is determined depending on the type of skin cleansing. If the peeling is done at a superficial or intermediate level, then local anesthetics are used, and at a deep level, general anesthesia is used.
In the final phase, after completing all the procedures, the skin is covered with a special paste that promotes the restoration of the subcutaneous tissue and the rapid healing of the skin.
At every stage of the procedure, the patient is under the close supervision of a doctor. The operation of the device is also under the strict supervision of a specialist who sets the necessary parameters on the laser device: beam length and exposure time. Therefore, unforeseen events are excluded. The duration of laser peeling depends on the patient's skin condition and its individual characteristics.
How does a laser beam work
A laser beam directed at an area of skin burns its upper layer and thus eliminates defects. In addition, the beam stimulates neighboring cells to regenerate and multiply quickly.
On the one hand, the laser burns out distorted and irregular cells, on the other hand, it regenerates and improves neighboring, nearby cells.
This reaction of the cells to the laser stimulates the spontaneous production of collagen, which is responsible for the elasticity of the skin.
Another important positive characteristic of a laser beam is its ability to neutralize microbes. It destroys the pathogenic flora on the skin and instantly disinfects it.
